Missy B has been involved with dance music for some time now... Wanting to do her part, she upgraded her involvement in the scene from club and underground photographer to DJ and producer while managing her full-time jobs in the Fashion Industry.

Missy B's wide range of music genres expands from Deep, Dark, Melodic Techno, Tech House and House to hard banging Electro, Dance, EDM to gangsta Rap, Underground/Hip Hop, Trap/Twerk, Mainstream/Top 40, Oldies, Funk, Soul, Jazz, Throwbacks/Mashups, 90's, 80's, Alternative, Punk, Rock, Ska, Reggae, Lounge/Downtempo and more. On average, Missy B's sets range from 4-5 hours each, whatever the occasion calls for, the mood and vibes created by Missy B are unlike any other. Her mixing style encompasses various styles of mixing from long Techno/House blends, to Hip Hop cuts, and intense EDM builds and drops. Her natural energy while she DJs is infectious and exciting to watch as she emulates her intense artistic, musical expression and passion without a doubt.

Aside from her DJ career, Missy B continues to maintain over 10 years experience in the Fashion Industry. Though she graduated from the University of California, Irvine and majored in Social Ecology, she was offered a job by her older sister at a local Los Angeles clothing design and manufacturing warehouse as a receptionist. She then transitioned into Domestic Pre-Production to fulfill an open position which she saw as a challenge yet, had an extreme interest in. Soon thereafter, she was offered an opening as a Design Assistant and later, became a jack of all trades by advancing into Product Development, Import Production and Lead Designer.
Missy B continues to pursue her love interest and passion for quality and off-the-wall fashion for her supporters, friends, and family. From the initial CAD concept and design in Illustrator and Photoshop, to knowledge of trims, fabrication (content, weight, stretch, drapping), to fit, artwork, placement, cut and sew, sample and pattern making, and into final production, you can be guaranteed that all aspects of the design and production process have been specially curated and overseen by Missy B herself.
